Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancelling and refunds work for Foliox License plans, and how to ask for a refund.

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Foliox License sells prepaid plans for a digital service. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancelling

Paid plans never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you don’t renew, your account returns to the Free plan when the period ends. Your products and keys stay, and licenses you already issued keep validating.

When we refund in full

  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • A payment went through but your plan was not activated, and we can’t fix that for you.
  • A payment was taken because of a fault on our side.

Other requests

Other refund requests made within 7 days of a purchase are reviewed case by case — tell us what happened. A plan that has been used for most of its period is not normally refunded.

How to ask

To request a refund, use our contact page, with the order number from your receipt e-mail (it starts with fx_).

How refunds are paid

  • UPI, cards, netbanking and PayPal: back to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5–7 working days.
  • Cryptocurrency: in the coin you paid with, to an address you give us, minus the network fee.

When a payment is refunded, the plan it bought ends and the account returns to the Free plan.
