Foliox License is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically.
What you receive
- Your paid plan is applied to your Foliox License account — the higher limits and features are available as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- A receipt is sent to your account’s e-mail address.
When
- UPI, cards, netbanking and PayPal: immediately, usually within seconds of paying.
- Cryptocurrency: as soon as the blockchain confirms the payment — usually a few minutes.
If your plan is not active within an hour of paying, use our contact page with your order number and we will sort it out — see also our refund and cancellation policy.
License keys for your customers
Keys you create for your own customers are delivered instantly in your dashboard, and — if you add their e-mail address — e-mailed to them automatically.
