Signing in
Create an account with Google, Discord or an e-mail and password. E-mail sign-ups confirm their address with a one-time link. You can connect more sign-in methods later under Security → Password & sign-in, and add two-factor authentication at any time — see Account security.

What happens at a limit
- Limits apply when you create something: a product, keys, an API token, or a customer e-mail. Reading, editing and deleting are never blocked.
- Going over returns
402 PLAN_LIMIT(in the dashboard, a message with an upgrade button). Nothing partial is created. - Deleting keys or products frees room straight away.
- Devices per key: 1 on Free; on Starter, Pro and Business you choose per key, up to 3, 5 or 15 devices.
- Public keys (no device binding) are available on every plan: up to 10 devices per public key on Free, 100 on Starter, 1,000 on Pro and no limit on Business. Each counts as a single key towards your limits — license checks are never metered.
- If a plan ends, devices already using your keys keep working; only new devices beyond the Free limits are refused until you renew.
- To keep the Free plan fair, only a few free accounts can be opened from one internet address per month.
Customer e-mails
When you create a key with a customer e-mail address, the customer receives the key and its validity. Two days before it expires they get a reminder, and when it has expired they get a notice. Each of these goes out once per key. You can switch them off in Settings → Profile. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; security e-mails to you never count against it. Business plan e-mails carry no Foliox branding.
Paying
Paid plans can be bought with UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), cards, netbanking or cryptocurrency. UPI, Indian cards and netbanking go through Razorpay’s secure checkout (charged the equivalent in rupees), PayPal through PayPal’s own page, and crypto through NOWPayments — card numbers and UPI PINs never reach us. Your plan switches on automatically when the payment confirms: within seconds for UPI, cards and PayPal, usually a few minutes for crypto. See the refund policy and delivery policy. Nothing renews by itself: we e-mail you three days before a plan ends, and renewing the plan you’re on adds time to what you have left. If a plan ends you return to Free: your products and keys stay, and licenses already issued keep validating.
Deleting your account
Settings → Your data lets you export your keys as CSV and delete your account. Deleting removes your products, keys and history permanently. Records of payments you made are kept for bookkeeping.
